Cloud (Type) Soy Wax Melt

Our large candles are 350G (approx) and will give you approx 65 hours of burn time providing the correct care has been taken.

Each candle box has care instructions inside the box lid alternatively head over to our candle care page on our website.

Our beeswax wax melts are 50G (approx) each piece of the snap bar will produce around 10-15 hours of fragrances, approx 60 hours burn time per melt bar.

*FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE USE A TEA LIGHT BURNER FOR BEESWAX MELTS (NOT AN ELECTRIC MELTER)*

Our Soy wax melts are 80G (approx) each piece will produce around 12-15 hours of fragrance, approx 75 hours burn time per clamshell.

Each candle + beeswax melt is handcrafted with an all natural custom blend of NZ beeswax & organic coconut oil, mixed with the highest quality fragrance.

Our blend is eco friendly, natural, sustainable and non toxic! Only the left over wax that the bees do not need/use is then used in our candles + melts, how cool is that?

All soy wax melts are handcrafted with 100% natural soy wax.

TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE OPTIMAL QUALITY FROM OUR CANDLES + MELTS PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, FAILER TO FOLLOW MAY RESULT IN INJURY, FIRE OR POOR PERFORMANCE.

CANDLE CARE

-BURN YOUR CANDLE FOR AT LEAST 3-4 HOURS ON THE FIRST USE, ALLOW THE WAX TO MELT TO THE EDGE OF THE JAR TO PREVENT ANY TUNNELLING.

-WHEN BURNING KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN, PETS, WINDOW DRAFTS OR ANYTHING FLAMMABLE.

-WOODEN WICKS DO REQUIRE A LITTLE MORE WORK THAN COTTON WICKS, TO LIGHT HOLD THE LIGHTER ON THE WICK FOR 10-15 SECONDS.

-TRIM YOUR CANDLE WICK BEFORE EVERY BURN.

-AVOID BURNING FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS AT A TIME.

-DO NOT BURN YOUR CANDLE ALL THE WAY DOWN LEAVE AT LEAST 1/2 INCH OF WAX LEFT.

-NEVER LEAVE THE CANDLE BURNING UNATTENDED.

WAX MELT CARE

SNAP 1-2 PIECES OFF AND PLACE THEM INTO YOUR TEA LIGHT BURNER.

KEEP MELTER AWAY FROM DRAFTS, PETS & CHILDREN.

REPLACE WHEN FRAGRANCE IS NO LONGER PRESENT.

ALTHOUGH THEY SMELL DELISH PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MELTS TO BE BURNT IN A TEA LIGHT BURNER FOR BEST PERFORMANCE

ELECTRIC MELTERS DONT GET HOT ENOUGH FOR THE BEESWAX THEREFORE THE SCENT DOESNT PRODUCE STRONG

We offer FREE shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $70 and FREE shipping on all orders over $90 for our Australia customers. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking number. 

Expect 1-2 business days for delivery once your package has been collected by our local courier. Australia expect 3-6 business days for delivery once your package has been collected.

Rural postage flat rate $12.50 

Please note our courier company may experience some unexpected delays we will  do our absolute best to communicate any issues that may arise. 

 RETURNS 

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or refunds, although every item is thoroughly checked over before packaging up your beautiful orders we do understand accidents can happen & we are more then happy to replace any items damaged in transit providing that photo proof is sent through. We cannot guarantee we will still have the same item in stock, in that case we will replace with an item of equivalent value. Each incident will be assessed case by case.
